KLES attended the 2025 Leisure-Friendly Management Company and Institution Certification Ceremony, held on Wednesday, November 5th, at the Gavin Art Hall in Seoul.
Based on Article 16 of the Framework Act on National Leisure Activation, this system certifies companies and institutions that exemplarily support and operate programs enabling employees to maintain a healthy balance between work and leisure.
The Leisure-Friendly Management Certification Ceremony is an event where outstanding companies and institutions are selected, awarded, and presented with certification through the Leisure-Friendly Certification System. It also serves as a platform for sharing best practices among the participating organizations.
During this year’s ceremony, participating companies and institutions showcased their achievements and success stories, creating a meaningful occasion to promote a culture of leisure-friendly management across workplaces.
Since being first certified as a Leisure-Friendly Enterprise in 2022, KLES has successfully renewed its certification in 2025, earning recognition for its continuous efforts to implement leisure-friendly management practices.
Over the past three years, KLES has operated a variety of institutional support measures to step up work-life balance for its employees.
KLES has been committed to building up a work environment where employees can achieve a harmonious balance between work and leisure and find genuine happiness in their daily lives.
This second consecutive Leisure-Friendly Certification is a true reflection of KLES’s continuous efforts to promote work-life balance and employee well-being.
Believing that employee happiness is the source of KLES’s growth and competitiveness, we will continue to build a joyful workplace where everyone can enjoy a healthy balance between work and leisure through diverse welfare programs and a culture of flexibility and trust.
